I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. The room, while lacking a garden view, was very clean; however, the thin walls made for a noisy night. The service was exceptional, particularly the staff named Youness, Naser, Hamza, Omer, Mohamed, and Omeima, who were friendly and efficient. The location, though not in the city center, was serene and accessible with the free shuttle service. The dining options, while limited and repetitive, were satisfactory. Overall, a decent 3-star stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was amazing overall. The rooms were very nice, big, and comfortable, although there was a slight drain smell. It was great to have the space to relax away from the crowds by the main pool and enjoy my own music. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to meet our needs. The location was fantastic, just a short distance from the center of Marrakech and easily accessible with the hotel's shuttle service.
